Bob Lee Lessees Kinsey & Co. Strike at 55 Feet
Cripple Creek, Colorado.—A strike of large proportions has been made by Kinsey & Company, leasing on the Bob Lee property, situated on Tenderfoot hill, just beyond the Hoosier. The discovery was made in a drift at a depth of 55 feet and 30 feet from the shaft, where the lessees encountered the junction of two veins.
The ore body is from three to five feet in width and the rock carries free gold. The smallest assay received is $37 and the largest $190. The ore will average about $70 to the ton.
