Main Jo Dandy Vein Exposed
It will be remembered that litigation between the New Haven Gold Mining Co. and the Jo Dandy Mining Co. was threatened and commenced over extra lateral rights, when a compromise was effected and the Eclipse No. 1 lode mining claim was acquired by the Jo Dandy Mining Co.
Prospecting near to the dividing line between the two claims, Manager James Wright has exposed the main Jo Dandy vein, and the mine samples taken across fully 5 ft. of ore have returned values of from $18.29 to $42.20 to the ton.

Joe Dandy to Resume Work
Work will be resumed in the Jo Dandy mine, on Raven hill. The mine was closed down three months ago when an option on control of the stock was given Eastern capitalists.
The option will expire April 1. Meantime experts are expected from the East to examine the mine and report to holders of the option. It is said that the option price is $400,000.
The value of the mine has been enhanced through consolidation with the New Haven, which was done to avoid litigation over the main ore body on the side line.
