Ans.: This company has a lease (with option of purchase) on the O. K. claim on Ironclad Hill, Cripple Creek. The locality as a gold producer is problematical, as the geological formation is much broken up, one neighboring mine having been sunk 1,000 feet without discovering gold in paying quantities.
The company owns five claims, partly patented, on Mount Pisgah, several miles west of Cripple Creek, a location entirely prospective. It also owns the Copper King, patented, at Balfour, in the Hartsell mining district, over 30 miles from Cripple Creek, which locality, so far, has not produced any shipping mine.
The stock of this company, as an investment, would therefore seem to have little merit.
