APRIL 1ST, CLOSE APRIL 15TH.
This company owns four patented Claims upon Battle Mountain in the Cripple Creek district. This property is a producing property, not a mere prospect. The company has 250,000 shares (out of 1,300,000 total capitalization) and $10,000 cash in its treasury, wherewith to actively proceed with mining operations upon its territory. After April 15th, the shares of this company will be dealt in upon the floor of the Colorado Springs Mining Stock Exchange. We ask the attention of the investing public to the following facts:
Colorado Springs is, after London, the largest mining market in the world.
The listing of a company's stock by the Colorado Springs Exchange, is in itself a guarantee not only of the honesty and good faith of the management, but also of the legitimacy of the property as a mining proposition.
Battle Mountain is the most heavily producing section of the marvelous Cripple Creek district. Companies operating upon it have already paid over $5,000,000 in dividends.
On it is situated the Portland, selling on a basis of $7,500,000, also Stratton's Independence, sold in London for $11,500,000 and the Gold Coin, for which was refused $15,000,000. Besides a dozen others worth from $500,000 to $2,000,000 each.
The Comanche Plume will mine in the very heart of this centre of activity. Its property is but one thousand feet from the Portland's. It is just north of the Ajax and south of the Moose, which has already produced $800,000. It will push mining operations as fast as money can do so. Its shares are offered for subscription for less than the shares of any other company operating upon Battle Mountain are selling for.
