This view is said to be the first train into Cripple Creek over the Short Line, but I have a hard time figuring out where in the District this view was taken as it don't really fit the area in the town of Cripple Creek where the Short Line had its yard I think.
Been wondering if the image is a mirrored one, that would at least put the hill side into right side of the train, but I still can not imagine where the view was taken...
