Program from the meeting of the Trans-Mississippi Commercial Congress in Cripple Creek, July 16-19, 1901

I miss the front & back covers of this book, but the rest was there, even if the front and back of the first page was pretty loose in the clue part holding it to the rest of the pages. In fact, it was so loose I felt I could take it apart to make the scan, so today all the pages are loose, but other then that, the book is in good shape.

There are 76 pages in this book, 79 views as three is turned sideways. The topic of the book is presenting the District, the industry and non the least, the people in the District, hence there is a ton of images in it, I ended up with at least 244 images when taking them apart digitally, lot of men, a few women, many children, some mining and railroad scenes. Sadly the printing was not great and there is visible blurring due to different colors in the print being put not into same space so the more bluish color is some mm. off to the right on many pages with images on them. Not all images are from the District, there is some railroad scenes from around Colorado linked to three railroads.

Enjoy this little trip back to yesterday! Also, if you ever feel for donate something to help me funding this site, you find a PayPal button under the Help Me Section...
