This is just a small text only, + a map, folder about the road to Pikes Peak. The date is most likely 1956 as it talks about the Pikes Peak Hill Climb and that it this year will be the 37th since 1916. And that the Race was not run during the War years, and depending on how many years they mean, from maybe 3 years (1942) as I think, or the whole war (1939/40-45) it would be in the time frame of around 1956.
