The train seen on the tracks near upper left is drawn in on the Golden Circle main line circling around Battle Mountain. In upper right the Economic Mill is seen partly way down hill with the grades of thee Midland Terminal, Low Line, Florence & Cripple Creek and a road going down hill from top to bottom. Partly hiding the mill is the Moose Mine, and in the valley near front is the Cresson Mine while the Gold Sovereign Mine is visible just below the text Line near lower right.

This view is taken near the High Line where it passes by the Logan mine, looking down Eclipse Gulch.
