This view I believe is taken from near St. Peter's Dome it self, showing how the Short Line climbs upwards towards the Rock Creek Loop and Duffields and later, Devil's Slide way out of sight at right.

You get to see the lower level of tracks entering Tunnel No. 6 a little above middle left of image, and way later emerge from Tunnel No. 8 about 1/3 down from the top right corner where a train has been drawn in.
