This is the most surprising image I ever seen in my years collecting Cripple Creek stuff - and I was blown away when I saw it in this folder!
To see a close up of the locomotive running underground from the Gold Coin Mine till the Economic Mill, and to see part of the cars with people in them, was so great, that no word can describe it...
This view is taken in Eclipse/Arequa Gulch, where the mill was located, probably the track going of right is the one leading to the tunnel mouth.
