Carlton Drainage Tunnel Dedication: September 4, 1939 - One to Four P.M. - Hosted by the Cripple Creek-Victor Kiwanis Club

This program is not in the best of shape, there is some wear on edges, bottom spine has 1 inch tear at spine. Has been folded in center. But the content is all there.

The album consist of a total of 8 pages inclusive the cover paper. Has a two page background text for the District and company, includes 6 person images all linked to the company and/or tunnel. The cover also has a drawing by Don Ripley of the tunnel portal. There is a large list of names on one page, and the profile of the line of the tunnel is also part of this program
