The scene is the town of Altman, high up on Bull Hill and in the background you have the Pike's Peak mountain.

The claim of this being seen from the Trolley is false, as in order to visit the town you had to climb uphill quite a bit as no rails ever reached this town. I would say the Golden Circle would been the closest, and that you find down beyond the town in the distance...
