The Sioux Falls Company report that the grade of ore from the Fluorine claim has a value of $4.00 to $6.00 per ton and as it has been roasted by nature it only requires pulverization and a few hours to treat by the cyanide treatment. They claim that they are breaking, hauling and treating the ores at a total cost of less than $2.00 per ton. During the past six months an average of 75 tons per day have been treated.
graphic for visual presentation of text In view of the fact that it is now possible to treat ore valued as low as $4.00 per ton by the cyanide process, thousands of acres of ore in the District should be amenable to treatment.
