Notice.
Notice is hereby given that all persons attempting to build upon or occupy the Lone Star No. 1, Pulaski, Steuben, Fraction and Lillie lode mining claims which adjoins the Lone Star No. 1 lode, situated in the Cripple Creek mining district, county of El Paso, state of Colorado, are trespassers unless they have permission from the owners or lessees of said claims. Said premises or a portion thereof are also known as Cripple Creek Heights.
The Anaconda Gold Mining company the Lone Star No. 1, by Jones & Rhett, attorneys.
C. S. Wilson, attorney for owners of Steuben, Pulaski and Fraction lodes and lessees of Lone Star No. 1 lode.
F. F. Noxon, agent for owners of Lillie lode.
