The cross-cut from the 1200-ft. level carried from the Blue Flag to the Moffat tunnel for air-connection on the War Eagle property to the north, has passed through ore for a distance of 70 ft.

John W. Sheafer, Judge of the District Court, this week denied the application of L. T. Gray, claiming interest in the Moffat tunnel property, for a writ of injunction to prevent connection with the tunnel from the Blue Flag mine workings.
