One of the most important of recent mining transactions was an agreement by George J. Bravo of Inyo county, California, to sell to the Henry Adney Gold Mining Co., for $30,000, the following claims on the western slope of Beacon hill:
Maid of Orleans or Little Joe
Chickenhawk
and August Flower.
With the acquisition of these claims the Henry Adney will become the second largest company operating on Beacon hill.
