The Prince Albert, looked upon as not much of a producer, upon which little development work had been done until recently, is now one of the busiest sections of Beacon hill.
Ore from the mine is mined at small expense, as the mineral is taken from open cuts at the surface. The dump rock, which has lain untouched for years, also is being shipped.
The vein at the surface, which shows a width of 18 feet, carries low grade, and all of the ore sent out, including the dump rock, averages $9 a ton.
