graphic for visual presentation of text Cripple Creek, Dec. 15—The Cripple Creek and Pueblo Railroad company filed the long looked for mortgage to day with the country clerk in favor of State Bank of Chicago to cover a bond issue which is being made to secure funds for the immediate needs of the company in constructing its road from this city to Pueblo.
