      General notes:
Plat Map of 3-lodes with a combined acreage of 25.399 Acres. That map has a small part of the Cripple creek drawn in its upper N.W. part of its plat, and climbs the western hillside of Grouse Mtn. Company linked to this claim group is said to have a tunnel also, but none is visible on the Plat Map. This claim has the Discovery Shaft shown about on the N.W. short edge-line border, lowest point. The 1903 USGS map has a dashed road-line here, indicating a rough patch I presume, passing just beside the Discovery Shaft, but the road is not shown on the Plat Map. Near S.E. end of the claim, there are marked two Shafts, and the 1903 USGS map has also marked Prospect here on, so I presume this is where they threw their work most at, possible this might also be the location of the tunnel that was said to be part of the company owning this claim, but not info can be had so it is impossible to tell for sure, except that neither the Plat Map or the 1903-topo map has any tunnels drawn.
