The August Flower Leasing Company, operating the Katinka group of claims on Guyot Hill, has ordered a complete set of machinery, which is to be installed over the large three compartment shaft recently completed to a depth of 700 feet.

Katinka—At this mine, on Guyot hill, the lessees are engaged in the construction of a three-compartment shaft. While sinking, a promising body of ore was encountered at a depth of 600 ft., but not enough development work has been done to determine the extent.
