      General notes:
Map is boring, but I've helped that a little by adding in the railroads shown on my 1902 claims overview map as this claim also had lot of rails crossing it on the southern half. The Discovery Shaft is about 1/3 north of the southern border, which is below the M.T. grade for the Victor spur. A second Shaft is found about 1/5 south of the north border, along the eastern border, with a fourth Shaft and a fifth Shaft up near the northwest corner, inside ground crossed by the Climax No. 1 claim, but on this claim ground marked as part of the Ocean Wave. The fifth shaft also has a Cross-cut marked, as well as a Cut coming towards it from the west.
graphic for visual presentation of text Below the discovery shaft there is a third Cut and a fourth Cut shown, that fourth cut would be a short distance north of the F. & C.C. grade when comparing to the rail location based on my 1902 claims overview map. The map ends with a curving road drawn in at the south border, partly crossing it, and that road is being crossed by the grade of the Low Line.
graphic for visual presentation of text According to a overpriced and unsold Short Line map series I seen on eBay and a small preview of a piece of that map, there was a short spur starting a little bit more west on a claim known as Woneta, and which ends on the southwestern part of the Ocean Wave claim. This might have been linked to a mine on this and other claims by way of a loading spur, or it might just been there as the Short Line steam train tracks ends here just before the sharp curve into the area of the Victor town is just east of here. Newer seen a photo of that area, or even a good map.
