General notes:
Plat Map is interesting as it is one of the very few inside of Victor Townsite I been able to find, and for the fact it shows a bit of the F&CC roadbed - here marked as D. & R.G. R.R. In addition, it has some early roads and several structures and houses drawn in. For instance a church, a stable and Blacksmith shop is draw in at the cross of what is later known as Victor Avenue to the North of the church/Blacksmith structures and Sixth Street to the west of them. North of the railroad grade there is also drawn in several structures marked as houses and a tiny bit of a road - Diamond Avenue I think that is. Down Sixth Street there are also several houses - while the Discovery shaft and another one is located west of the church but east of Sixth street. Add to this there is a shaft and a cut inside the Gold Coin claim part shown, uncertain who those belong to though.
