    General notes:
Map is interesting as it is one of the very few inside of Victor Townsite I been able to find, and for the fact it shows a bit of the F&CC roadbed - here marked as D. & R.G. R.R.
graphic for visual presentation of text In addition, it has some early roads and several structures and houses drawn in. For instance a church, a stable and Blacksmith shop is draw in at the cross of what is later known as Victor Avenue to the North of the church/Blacksmith structures and Sixth Street to the west of them.
graphic for visual presentation of text North of the railroad grade there is also drawn in several structures marked as houses and a tiny bit of a road - Diamond Avenue I think that is.
graphic for visual presentation of text Down Sixth Street there are also several houses - while the Discovery shaft and another one is located west of the church but east of Sixth street.
graphic for visual presentation of text Add to this there is a shaft and a cut inside the Gold Coin claim part shown, uncertain who those belong to though.
