General notes:
Plat Map of a tiny, tiny claim, more like a fill in ground type of claim, as there are three pieces of a claim, tiny bits among other claims, sort of living up to its name in order to help out the neighbor Midget claim…
There is a Shaft House drawn in, but that lays either on the Yellow Bird, SunnySide, Allegany claims, but a small corner of it might at one time have been on the Midget claim as well.
The Protection claim it self has in the middle piece a Discovery Shaft marked out, as well as an Incline and Drifts, the other two pieces has nothing, except names like Tract A & B. Several Cuts, a Tunnel, a couple of Shafts, and a Trench is also marked it, but none of these are on the claim anymore as they are not colored in like the claim it self is on this map. I keep on wondering if that Shaft House is the one I know as the Midget Mine?
