General notes:
Plat Map is boring. Lot of intertangled claims, mostly same Survey number, but by the time the Amended map is made, there is quite a bit lost ground in the south, except some tiny strips of land a couple of places...
The Discovery Shaft is about 1/5 south of the northern border, almost or at the ground where the roadbed of the Golden Circle would be, when comparing to my 1902 claim overview map with roadbeds drawn in.
Further south of the discovery shaft there is marked a Shaft House, Shaft and Drifts, but that might as well also be on the Jack Rabbit No. 4 for all I know…
I do not know if this is the Jack Rabbitt's that Stratton Cripple Creek Mining & Development Co is said to own direct in a Jan 1, 1903 article, as Hills 1900 Manual say it belongs to the Isabella, and I also have a 1908 text saying Isabella - but the given Acreage is nearly a perfect match as the 1903 article say 19.35 acres and the Plat Map say 19.357 acres. No other hits on the Rabit name makes me wonder, and for time being (October 18, 2021) I put it down to the Stratton Company as well as the Isabella Co.
