The Alma, a claim lying just below town, and on the west slope of Gold hill, is showing up nicely and yesterday a bond and lease on the property was sold for $6,000 cash. The bond on the property is for $35,000 and runs for one year. Chauncey Fellows made the sale and the property goes to an eastern syndicate that will at once begin extensive development work.
