Delmonico & Parts of Maud Helena Sold
Denver, Colorado.
Transfers of Property.
The Delmonico, and a portion of the Maud Helena on Bull Hill, have been purchased from the Union Gold Mining Co. by I. W. Duner, and associates. The claims form a portion of the Stratton estate, and the transfer is interpreted to mean that the executors are disposed to segregate its vast acreage into small holdings.
