Sheriff's Sale; Albert E. Lode Mining Claim, U.S. Survey No. 9976
SHERIFF'S SALE.
By virtue of an execution issued out of the clerk's office of the district court of El Paso county and state of Colorado, and to me directed, whereby I am commanded to make the sum of one hundred and eighty-three and thirty-one one hundredths dollars ($183.31) and cost of suit, the amount of a certain judgment recently obtained against W. D. Price and Baxter Todd, in favor of The Eudora Gold Mining and Milling company, out of the lands, tenements, goods and chattels of the said W. D. Price and Baxter Todd, I have levied on the following property to-wit:
All the right, title and interest of W. D. Price and Baxter Todd, of, in and to the Albert E. lode mining claim, United States survey No. 9976, situate in the Cripple Creek mining district, county of Teller and state of Colorado.
Therefore, according to said command, I shall expose for sale, at public auction, all the right, title and interest of the above named W. D. Price and Baxter Todd in and to the above described property, on Tuesday, the 5th day of September, 1899, at 10 o'clock a.m., at the south front door of the sheriff's office in the court house, in the city of Cripple Creek, county of Teller and state of Colorado.
