Found this in The Morning Times Newspaper of January 7, 1896, but has not found it on known claims from the BLM List so has no Survey-number on it.
Being it is mention as a claim bought, I assume it exist, and put it into my database.Morning Times; January 7, 1896; Page 1 -> They have made recent purchases of six mining claims; the Victor Hugo, Victor Independence and Georgia Taylor on Big Bull mountain.
