FILED SUIT.—In the county court yesterday Philias Du Bois and C. H. Cornell sued the Alhambra Mining Co. to set aside a certain contract and bond made by the plaintiffs. The suit grows out of an agreement made some time ago, when the defendant company brought an adverse suit against the plaintiffs' lode; the Abundance lode, which was in conflict with the Hattie May, owned by the defendants. The plaintiffs entered into a contract and executed a bond to the defendants to give them the southern half of the ground in conflict upon the issuance of the patent by the land office.
