P. S. Browder, leasing on the Sumpter, located on the Spring Creek slope of Tenderfoot hill, has opened up 2 feet of $30 ore in a drift run at the 100-foot point. Five tons of the mineral have been saved for shipment.
The Browder lease includes one-half of the Sumpter and Stevart claims, owned by the Sumpter Gold Mining company.
