General notes:
Only info I have is that this was among the oldest in this area, and that they were supposedly to go through the Mountain, and also to ship Pay Ore. No idea where located except east slope which can by anywhere. No known claim linked to this operations.

There is a Tunnel up on S.W. corner of the Shilling lode (MS-12503) that is in some distance and has a dump on the USGS 1903 map nearby that location, depending how trustworthy that map is to the sections maps I use to get an overview. This is in N.W. 1/4 section 27.

There is a tunnel going West on the 1903 USGS map not fitting any claim maps just S.W. of N.S. center of section 27, while the Number 13 lode has a tunnel not on the USGS map, heading N.W.

There is a tunnel going S.W. on the 1903 USGS map almost fitting, depending on the trustworthy part on my overlay of maps, but it fits almost a tunnel in S.E. corner of the Moraine lode (MS-10874) Small dump marked outside, but no name to link the Baxter name to.

There is a tunnel heading N.W. with a Blacksmith on it, on the Swuanee lode (MS-11549), linked to a company name of the Cripple Creek and Victor Transportation, Drainage and Tunnel Co., also with a certain amout of dump outside.

That was all tunnels heading into Big Bull Mt from the east on the 1903 USGS map.
