Joe Ann.—This property, located between the Easter Bell and the Victor, on Bull hill, has been secured by Jerry Sears of Goldfield under lease and bond. The bond is for two years, the consideration named in the deal being $75,000.
There are two shafts on the property, one being 160 feet and the other 200 feet in depth. Mr. Sears has been engaged for the past three weeks in placing a plant of machinery over the 160-foot shaft, in the bottom of which is a four-foot vein that is said to run $10 in gold to the ton.
The property is owned by Ogden, Cox & Palmer of Denver.
