Plat Map of this lode has a full colored in ground, but much of the ground is also colored in on another claim (MS-11514) so clearly the Plat Map is not full trustworthy. I also see that the Discovery Shaft is inside the Cripple Creek City Limit as per info on a 1904 city map, just south of Galena Avenue and west of B Street.
