General notes:
Found reference too this claim in the May 31, 1906 issue of Mining Reporter, but has not found it on known claims from the BLM List, a search on HathiTrust site gave me hits in something called 'The Financial Bulletin' for a 1906 timeframe, with info about Bull Hill and close to War Eagle, Amanda, said south slope, also said west one place, and two company names, but a glance over the Section maps has given anything either, so has no Survey-number on it.
Being it is mention so many times as a claim, I assume it exist, and put it into my database, I keep wondering though if this is a mistaken identity for a lease on the Treasure lode claim east of the War Eagle…
Mining Reporter; May 31, 1906; Page 546 -> Treasure Vault.—Contract has been let for sinking the shaft fifty feet, which will give a total depth of 115 feet.
