      General notes:
Plat Map of a claim that is quite reduced from the start and later the Plat Map got a Red Ink Note to it reducing it even more in acreage due to some conflict with a Creed lode, no mineral survey number stated. About a third of the width of this claim overlaps and belongs to the Caledonia claim, whereas this Plat Map has a Shafthouse and House on the Caledonia marked out while the Caledonia has no structures marked. In addition, both the F. & C. C. and M. T. railroads are marked here, crossing the northern part of the claim.
graphic for visual presentation of text There are two pieces of ground marked on the Plat Map, a north section where the Discovery Shaft is located between the two railroads mentioned, and one Shaft is marked north of the M. T. Ry. There are also two more Shafts marked between the railroads, but both those are on ground not belonging to this claim, so it is unclear if they are part of this claim or not. The south section has one Shaft and one Trench marked out southeast of the Caledonia structures, and there is a piece of Road crossing the southeastern corner of the claim.
