General notes:
Plat Map of 5-lodes with a combined acreage of 12.711 Acres. The Plat Map has lot of Red Ink Notes to it, twice there are so-called Additional Field Notes added and there are also some Blue Ink corrections in info related to some of the lines on the Plat Map, but no notes to those Blue Ink lines.

This claim has the Discovery Shaft near the center of the claim, inside a piece of ground shared with other claims in this claim group. In northwest there is a small part also shared with another claim in this claim group, and there are two more pieces of ground north of the Discovery Shaft that are this claim only. All the overlapping make it a little hard to know who is who so to speak.

Looking at the USGS 1903 topo-map the Discovery Shaft is close to a square that might be this shaft and just forgot being drawn as a shaft on the USGS map. Or it is not the same, hard to tell.

The tunnel shown on the Plat Map that starts just north of owned ground, starts on Mary L. lode ground, and entering Raven Hill in a slightly north and mostly westly direction, that tunnel is fitting nearly perfect to a tunnel marked as ID 203, and which the USGS 1906 Principal Underground Workings Map named 'Texas Tunnel.' But, I am not sure if is the same.

Much of the ground along the east long line border is overlapping with another claim in the same claim number group.
