Small claim, Plat Map shows though that is uses a triangular shape not covered by other claims, and in the area there are the Discovery Shaft, a second Shaft and a Cut, all shown on the Plat Map.
And, using Global Mapper and overlaying unto the 1903 USGS topo-map I see that the Discovery shaft is almost identical to a marked shaft on the topomap, nice!
