Titled to possible be the 12:30 Shift at the mine, posing outside in the snow as this was taken February 16, 1893 by photographer William J. Gillen.
The area is also known as Bull Cliff, which would been somewhere at the left, unsure how much the photographer would have turned to be able to capture the 'cliff face' though. In background right are seen part of the Pike's Peak range of mountain terrain.
I did procure the colored version of this image, as I think it makes a nicer/better view. Source is gray-toned, or in common speech black & white.
