The Occidental Development Co. has just obtained control of a very valuable property in the Cripple Creek district known as the "X-10-U-8," and located in the immediate vicinity of the great "Gold Coin" mine. Some of the richest ore ever produced in that camp has been shipped from this property, and it is the purpose of this Company to push forward the work of development as rapidly as men and money can do it.
In the meantime, the work of developing the Harrisburg and Fraction groups in Clear Creek County, and the coal lands in Huerfano County goes forward at a rapid pace. Manager Redding telegraphs under date of Nov. 21st, "Struck 11 feet fine coal." This means early dividends to Occidental stockholders.
Now is the time to buy stock.
