The portal area is shown on the Amended Plat Map of the Ms-11661 Buckeye lode claim, northeast end of the lode claim.
The Tunnel is also shown on the 1906 Principal Underground Workings map from the USGS Geology book, except it's portal shows up on the MS-8930 Bessie lode claim portion, not fitting the Plat Map of the Buckeye. The Tunnel is not shown on the 1903ish USGS topomap, but there is a marking for the Discovery Shaft of the Buckeye, at about same location as the portal of this tunnel, just a few feet south of it.
