This Annual Report is in good shape, no damages, loose pages or anything. There is general signs of use and age, some corner folds and paper may look wrinkled, but nothing that sticks out.

The Report consist of 32 pages including front and back page, four of those is blank, rest has various reports of the Companies holdings and status. There is also a total of 11 images, one is the one on front of the Ajax Mine by Bill Cleveland, and the other 10 is in the back of various scenes linked to the Company: Water at Carlton Tunnel Portal, Battle Mountain View, El Paso Mine View, Midland Terminal Engine No. 62, Ore-train along the line, Golden Cycle Mill, Pike View Mine, Pike View Coal Yard in Denver, Scale House from Canon City area coal mines, Golden Cycle Building in Colorado Springs.
