This book is in great shape, but there are some "been in use" signs/marks; like Hole/Damages at Thread in center of some pages / Tiny hints of Corner Folds / Wrinkled Paper a few places. Sadly, no date given, but one map has a date of January 1904 and the last info page mentions Dunnville, which happened around Spring of 1904. Also, I have a piece of info from August 18, 1904 mentioned a book with same title as this one, so Summer of 1904 is the best guesstimate I have. Paper uses a thread to keep the pages together and has a total of 52-pages inclusive covers. Almost every page has at least one image or a map, most have several images and many has text info as well.
The album consist of the scanned pages of this picture book by the Florence Chamber of Commerce. I counted 125 images or maps with a title to them, and one of those is a multi-pic holding 8-scenes from the Florence area and no info per small image. Several maps to help get the idea of the area, and there are shown both Ore Reduction Plants and Oil Wells as industries in the area!
Please enjoy this little trip back to yesterday! Yes, I do hope you enjoy sort of reading this book by browsing these images, as I do find enjoyment in the fact that I am able to share it here for all to see/find. After all, items like this can be hard to find, and sometimes quite expensive! This book was thankfully not one of those very high cost ones, but it did cost me USD 43.83 with shipping to Norway when I got this through eBay in second week of August 2012.
