This view is a often seen view of Goldfield, and appear to be a modified view from before 1910, taken by the photographer Tomer Jacob Hileman. This as I have a postcard with same view except the smokestack is seen on the La Bella Power Plant, and here it appears like it has been drawn out.

My postcard has a date 0 something, impossible to read sadly, but the rest of the scene fits almost perfectly, including the row of box cars inside the Golden Circle Loop at left behind the Goldfield Depot at left to the center of the image. Makes me disbelieve the 1913 written in lower right hand corner as a date...
