This Album contains various pieces that came with a buy I did on eBay in October 2021 containing a 2-page letter, a map with a list of producers on the backside, and a Allotment paper and envelope. Letter is dated November 8, 1932, and is in regards to investments sought for a company named Unity Gold Corporation, addressed to stockholders of the North Butte Mining Company. I've included scans of blank pages, to show the whole collection so to speak.

A quick Google search indicates the same as reading the text did, this was not a good company! Location of the property in question is on Guyot Hill, the Katinka property, but that is not written anywhere in the source info!

The letter are in good shape, except a fold makes a text line a little bit harder to read. But the map is in bad shape, lot of tearing on it! The Special Allotment Paper is in good shape, same is the envelope, which has been sealed most likely by the age of it, and not by any person.
