ANOTHER WORK STRIKE.
graphic for visual presentation of text Good ore has been encountered in the Morning Glory shaft No. 4 of the Work property, in Pelham & Co.'s lease. The ore was encountered in the 83-foot drift, and the vein opened is all of 6 feet wide.

The Western Investment Co. has struck some good ore at a depth of 450 ft. on Work No. 4 adjacent to the Doctor-Jack Pot on Raven hill. The vein is 18 in. wide and some very high assays have been obtained; the ore is said to resemble that of the Mary McKinney.
