graphic for visual presentation of text Map is boring. Part of three with same Survey number, and part of it overlaps the other two claims, in fact it shares lot of ground with the Comstock claim. The Discovery Shaft is located about center of claim, inside ground shared by all three claims with same survey number. There is a second Shaft way up in north, and about same distance in south direction there is a third Shaft, they appears to be about same line.
graphic for visual presentation of text Comparing with my 1902 claims overview map the grade of the F. & C.C. would pass the north and south shafts pretty close by, but sadly map is way to early to show any traces of the railroad, and the Amended map has not bothered to draw in the railroad sadly.
