Info Title:
Mountain Beauty Struggling
Victor Record writes; Mountain Beauty—No mine in the district is in a better neighborhood than the Mountain Beauty on Bull hill. On one side is the Specimen, with its twenty-three producing leases; on the other the Hull City placer, with its wonderful values, and within a stone's throw is the Orpha May, Lucky Guss and Pike's Peak, all famous producers. But since the sylvanite ore chute was discovered and worked out between the second and third levels, the Mountain Beauty has been producing only small quantities of ore, and these at irregular intervals.
