Mohican Co. Stops Lessees From Shipping
Shipments of ore from the Mohican mine on Battle Mtn. have been stopped temporarily owing to litigation in which the Mohican company has brought action to restrain Anderson & Olsen, lessees, from operating the property. In view of an early settlement of the lawsuit, the lessees are now blocking out ore on the 700-ft. level near the shaft.
