Holmes, deceased, will on Tuesday, the 27th day of March, A. D. 1900, between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m. and 3 o'clock p.m., of said day, at the front door of the county court room in the city of Cripple Creek, in Teller county, Colorado, offer for sale and sell at public sale the following described tracts of land belonging to the estate of said deceased as follows, to-wit:
