Used "New" Bromide Process to try compete with other mill provessing lowest grade of ores, handled 100 tons a day, but struggled when bromide process failed by 1903. Went bankrupt and got purchased in 1905 by the Golden Cycle Corporation who made $500,000 in improvements by 1907 and was using Cyanide/Zinc process from the beginning of their mill. Just to have the mill very much destroyed by big fire also in 1907. Rebuilt as Golden Cycle Mill - see ID #920
